Regional Tourism organisations and major tourism operators with product selling in this market through wholesalers would benefit from attendance. MATTA 2009 is an opportunity to participate with Tourism New Zealand to increase your product profile to up-sell your own product and provide agents some on-the-spot assistance when customers have queries about New Zealand products. It is also an opportunity to get close and interact with Malaysia consumers and better understand their travel needs.

Tourism operators participating for the event are recommended to contact Kuala Lumpur wholesalers and retailers offering your product so that they can prepare packages with special airfare offers to be promoted and sold in the show.

Shipment of materials from New Zealand to Kuala Lumpur is at participant’s expense. Tourism New Zealand will cover the storage and delivery to the MATTA venue from there. Participants are recommended to bring a minimum of 1,000 brochures to be distributed over the 3 days.
The organiser is targeting 80,000 consumers. During the show, 8,000 Tourism New Zealand destination brochures and maps will be distributed. TNZ are targeting 3,000 consumers enquiries at our booth.

The show is open 10am to 9.30pm daily
